A Change is as simple as...

A Cookie!
Ok so this isn't the cookie, just the store sign :)
Honest. Today was a no good very bad day for me! I just was NOT having any luck!

At work today I felt like crying so so so many times!! It seemed like every machine or computer was failing us. We ran out of paper on MULTIPLE things. We are so far behind, it's not even funny. and to top it all off... the other girls i work with were mad at the lady I work with, and I for not having it all done, when they could also be helping... hmm.. seems kinda dumb to be mad at us, right?? yeah well... I took my lunch, and pretty much just cried it all out. I sat down and just cried.. but afterwards, i felt so much better! I realize crying is definitely my stress release! I listened to church music my whole lunch break, read a conference talk, got some therapy from my bestie, just took some time for myself. I always feel like i'm running around work doing EVERYTHING for Everyone!!! But that could be because I am.
Then around two... my boss comes down (Jeff) and is like Chelsey. I think you are doing an awesome job at cutting! I love how you guys are always working, no one is slacking off, I can really see that your working really hard! Don't worry about those girls, just do what your doing and it will all be ok! Seriously, I almost started crying again!! It was so nice to hear my boss say those things! I didn't even realize he was noticing how hard we were to try to get caught up! It was a big reassurance! Then about an hour later he comes in with these super yummy cookies from next door!! Flour girls and Dough Boys. If you have never been there, go! It's amazing!! I would have to rate it my most favorite cookie, after my moms of course! :) But really.. my day just got so much better after that! I felt so much happier after lunch and I just kept silently praying all day that no more machines would mess up, or that no more problems would come up. some did of course... but instead of getting frustrated or mad.. I started to joke about it. "Like bring it on crickets!" or "Give me any problem and I'll fix it" so yes.. I started to threaten the machines a little.. it's fine ;) At least I could laugh about it now! Then later my other boss (Kate) came in with THE CUTEST kits so far! Seriously, they were so cute! So I told her I thought they were super cute and that I totally want to buy one! and she was like, "Do you scrapbook??" and I was like "Yeah! I love to scrapbook!" and she was like I didn't know that! do you like to make cards? and I was like yeah! i do them all the time! so then she asked: "do you want to make cards for the business??" and I was like, yeah!! I would love to! So not only am I going to be getting paid for being a cutter, but now i'll also be getting paid for making cute cards! Which i totally love to do!! :) So happy Day! I really had a wonderful end to my working day!
