a much needed update

Hi ya'll! Sorry for my lack of blogging! I have been busy- I mean my house was only filled with Wedding dresses's, table decorations, boxes from Alisha moving in, Birthday's and Work and then THE WEDDING! :) It's been quite the year so far and it's only February 5th! (which by the way is my anniversary of when I got baptized!)
On my Birthday I didn't have to work, which was really nice so Alisha, my mom and I went shopping for wedding stuff and then we met my dad in SLC to eat at Red Robin! (YUMMMM) It was super delicious and we all really love Red Robin, so it was a good way to end the day! I turned 20 this year! Wow.. I feel old! I mean honestly, I am 20 years old??! wow! I didn't really get any pictures except this one:


But then the next week I only worked 3 days which was really nice, I've been needing some days off! :) But it was so fun to see Brittney and Gunnar and the kids because it's been since june of last year and it was so fun seeing how much they've grown and it was fun to play with them again! :) Here are a few pictures from the day:)




So yeah, it's been quite the few weeks!

Everyone keeps telling me I need to go back blonde and I don't know if i should take it as a compliment or not! haha! I mean, personally... I don't mind my brown hair, yes.. I admit, I am a blonde and it's just me and what i'm used to, so I get it.. but I don't know! Do I really look that bad as a brunette? haha! The guys in my singles ward said that if i go back blonde.. guys won't stand a chance. So I guess it explains why I haven't been getting asked out! I'm brunette! hah! I am planning on going back.. but I just don't want my hair to fall out. And it's been a problem lately, so It will take me awhile.

I also got a raise at work! woohooo! a whole 50 cents. But hey! It made my friday a whole lot better! :)

Life is good and I'm learning a lot with my 2 new callings (fellowshipping committee co-chair and piano player) it's really helping me develop new talents and it's helping me get better at piano. It freaks me out to play during Sacrament Meeting, but I guess I did ok today, people kept telling me how nice it is to actually be able to hear people singing instead of just the organ playing! haha! I love my ward though! They are so awesome! For being in a singles ward, and knowing how weird some of them are, ours is pretty awesome! And I feel very blessed for that!
